How Subscribe & Save works

When you choose Subscribe & Save, you get 15% off every order. Your refills ship on the schedule of the bundle you chose: 1 box every month, 3 boxes every 3 months, or 5 boxes every 5 months. You are charged automatically, using the payment method you checked out with, on each refill date.

We email you before each upcoming charge so there are no surprises.

How to skip, pause or cancel

You can skip a delivery, pause, or cancel at any time, with no cancellation fee and no minimum number of orders. Use the link in your order confirmation email or log in to your account at norixi.com, or email us at contact@norixi.com. Cancellations made before your next charge date take effect immediately and you will not be charged again.

Charges already processed

If a refill has already been charged when you cancel, it is covered by our 90-day money-back guarantee like any other order.
